Frank Ferraro, Co-founder and CEO

As co-founder and CEO of Preferred Commerce, Mr. Ferraro has focused on business development and operational structure. For over 40 years, Mr. Ferraro has made significant contributions to the horticulture, floriculture and agriculture industries. These include developing and running his own state-wide landscape business, Ferraro Landscape, in upstate New York; opening and managing several European flower-marts; and directing operations at a nursery that grew under 10 acres of shade.

Mr. Ferraro has held leadership positions including President of the New York State Nursery/Landscape Association (NYSN/LA); New York State Agricultural Task Force; New York State Agricultural 2000 Committee; Advisory Committee-Cobleskill Agricultural University of New York; Commissioner of Highways-Town of New Hartford, New York; New York State Agricultural Fair-Assistant Director (Certified Fair Executive); and Board of Directors-Central New York Regional (representing the New York State Commissioner of Agriculture). Mr. Ferarro is the 1988 recipient of the New York State Nurserymen's Association Hall of Fame Award.
