Mark Mikosz, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mikosz has 30 years experience at the Senior Management Level. He most recently served as President of his own consulting firm, providing services for small business. Prior to that, Mr. Mikosz served as the Chief Financial Officer for Cooker Restaurant Corp. a public restaurant chain with 71 restaurants and a volume of $170 million. He spent nine years with Roundy's Inc., a $3.6 billion Fortune 500 food wholesaler. In his nine years with Roundy's, he served as the Vice President of Marketing and Finance for the $1.2 billion Milwaukee Division; President of the $325 million Indiana Division; and Corporate Director of Financial and Retail Services. Mr. Mikosz was instrumental in helping Roundy's grow to become the 5th largest food wholesaler by helping to develop a complete line of financial services for their customers as well as a state-of-the-art Customer Loyalty program.

Mr. Mikosz holds a B.S. in Business Management from Robert Morris University.
